Areli Vergara Vargas
Graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho and admitted to bar in May 2007 with the dissertation work titled “The Federal Council of Justice Administration, Current Structure and Functions”.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana (Panamerican University). Miss Vergara has participated in several forums, seminars and actualization lectures in different law areas. She has also engaged in the organization of a number of academic activities; noteworthy, she coordinated the “Seminar on Constitutional and Administrative Law” hosted in 2005 by Escuela Libre de Derecho. She also collaborated with Mr. Fauzi Hamdan Amad in the drafting of the article “Analysis on the Amendments to the Commercial Code, Proceedings Chapter” published by Pandecta journal of Escuela Libre de Derecho.
In February 2006, Miss Vergara joined our law firm as Paralegal, and in May 2007 she was appointed Associate Lawyer. Her professional practice specializes in administrative, taxation, civil and mercantile litigation at all stages including Amparo proceedings. She has also collaborated in the incorporation, merge, spin-off and winding-up of mercantile corporations. She is also skillful in the obtainment of corporate permits, approvals and all type of procedures before the governmental authorities.
